How it works

EasyClaw connects to Telegram through the Bot API. You create a bot using Telegram’s @BotFather, paste the token into EasyClaw, and your AI assistant becomes available as a Telegram bot.

Setup

Create a bot

Open Telegram and message @BotFather. Send /newbot and follow the prompts to name your bot.

Copy the token

BotFather will give you an API token. Copy it.

Paste in EasyClaw

Go to the messaging section of your EasyClaw settings and paste the bot token.

Connected

Your bot is live. Find it on Telegram by its username and start chatting.

Limitations

  • Bot API limits — Telegram bots have rate limits on message sending
